35 Pounds of Diet Books

This does not include The T-Factor Diet which was the first diet book I ever bought. That counted fat grams. As you can see I’ve been counting points, fat, carbs, portions, French people, and pounds. The two little cases are from Weight Watchers. Also in there are a few rebound books. When you’re sick of counting things you buy a Paula Deen book and stock up on butter. If I lose my weight in diet books I’d be all set.
KIKI Week One Weigh In: I weighed in at 5 pounds less then this Monday. I started dieting on Monday. It was the highest body weight of my life short of the times people were living in there. This five pound in one week deal is known as the First Week. Where you loose a lot. First Weekers rarely cheat. During First Week Christmas Cookies drop out of your ears ’cause they got no where else to go!
Any other First Weekers out there?
