I made the commitment that when I started working days (this is my second week), that I was going to get up and walk early in the morning, before the kids got up. I did it..one day. And then we've had these monsoon storms and it's been God-awful sticky and gross outside, even at 6am. I mean, even before the sun is up in AZ, it's too hot to walk outside. But I swear, when it cools off in the mornings, I'm totally going to start walking. I had a baby 8 weeks ago and was hoping to coast off that into a smaller size. Making brownies with my older two girls got in the way of that plan. Oh, I'm on the "eat less" diet by the way. I'm also exercising a bit more. We'll see if common sense works this time.
