Oh, Greta, I hear you, sister! I call drinking water “my only good habit.” But man, it is an annoying one! Sometimes I make myself hold, just so I don’t go to the bathroom twice in one hour. I mean, really! Twice in one hour? Ridiculous.

Try being a teacher and having lunch LAST, no breaks…and off period is the last class? How do you excuse yourself to walk what seems to be “across campus” to potty?? Oh, the faculty parking lot is naturally in the front campus…coming home before 6:00 and not drinking water after 6:00???? How do you do THAT without O.D.ing on H2O???? UGH!

I drink about 10 or more glasses a day, more if I play tennis. I got into the habit years ago. After a while, the peeing tapers off. It is great for your skin.
