After trying all sorts of diet approaches, I’ve come to realize that nothing works for me like the good old core plan did. So, I’m back on weight watchers trying out the simply filling plan. I tweet about kids, dieting, exercise, scrapbooking, photography & music, among other things. I like to keep it fun. Would love a follow!
