I have been far away from my panic weight for decades. But a bunch of short stints with steroids really messed my weight up. PANIC!!!!

we have WW at work on Thursdays and although I haven’t been able to join yet because I can’t get the last hour off due to too much work, I am seriously thinking about it. This would be a great jump start for me as I am planning on joining within the next month or so. I have gained so much weight and would like to lose some because I just am not happy with myself right now.
