Kettlebell Swings (seems like a tasty treat)
It’s FatfighterTV Friday. And we start with a workout video. Fatfighter TV does Kettlebell Swings and we’re disappointed to know kettlebells are not a tasty type of cookie but at least their an effective way to kick up your workout.
If you would like a little easier but still effective workout there’s some good news about taking a brisk walk. Turns out a brisk walk could help trim our belly fat.

Go go go with the kettlebells they’re an awewsome tool. Take it easy with the swings to start with and then build up gradually. In no time at all you’ll be knocking the fat off!
If you don’t have a kettlebell use a dumbbell or even a bag with weights in will do the trick for swings
