		<description>Go go go with the kettlebells they&#039;re an awewsome tool. Take it easy with the swings to start with and then build up gradually. In no time at all you&#039;ll be knocking the fat off!
If you don&#039;t have a kettlebell use a dumbbell or even a bag with weights in will do the trick for swings
