  1. Making 47 pounds of Chex Mix burns a lot of calories too. But then I accidentally eat it all … so, never mind. Not a good tip.

    Well since I’ve no plans to step inside a mall for the rest of the year, I think I may just run through the house. I’ll burn a few calories (small house) and the kids will get a good laugh, and laughter is healthy!

    Even for those with no plans to shop the Malls they can still be a great source for exercise and amusement.

    Try running through the parking lot like you’ve lost your car. Should be great fun until the Mall Mounties show up.

  4. I also suffer from panic attacks and i can manage it by deep and slow breathing. i also practice meditation.. `
