Hi, Ms. Turtle--
Just wanted to say the new Bodybuggs are much smaller than the original ones. After the first few days, I stopped noticing that I had it on and you can't see it under clothes--even evening wear. I rarely take it off, except at night (haven't even taken it off when I went to Christmas parties!) because it just didn't interfere with the looks of what I was wearing.

It's also motivating. I do housework with more "enthusiasm" and energy, because I can see the calorie pay-off, and look for other ways to add a little more calorie burn to my day. And it's fun to figure out the source of the random spikes in my day (so I can try to add more). It really has made a difference--it's so much easier to increase the calorie burn than to decrease the food to starvation levels.

Great article---I went over to her blog! Interesting to hear that she made us of the Bodybugg. I think that gadget sounds pretty cool, although a bit pricey and perhaps cumbersome to wear all the time. Do any of you guys use one?
