FullBar: 150 Calories
Turkey: 75 Calories
Swiss cheese slices: 160
Ice Cream Bar: 170

Vegetable Stir Fry: Got no idea

Thoughts

I also drank 50ish ounces of water. I can report that the FullBar fer sher made my lunch smaller. Tinyish actually.  And while I have no idea what my stir fry calories should be since it was at a restaurant, I can say I ate 1/3 the entree. This is unprecedented. Oh.. and I weighed 1?6 when I started this experiment. Decide yourself what the ? stands for.

    OK, so my question is, did you feel less hungry that you think you should have? LOL

    20 minutes after I ate it I felt full. It was like a “high up” full as though I was filled to the brim.

    That seemed to affect the amount of food I wanted to eat after.

    My big problem is appetite. So this was an interesting sensation.
