FullBar Day Two

5

Here’s Day Two of My FullBar Experiment. I ate one egg over easy and 1 piece of light toast w/jelly for breakfast. Later I had one piece of string cheese. I ate a FullBar at 11:30 and a small amount of turkey and green beens for lunch.

I like the taste of the bar, so that’s good, and things were going well. Then out of nowhere… (Press play but I’d mute it if you’re at work.)

But I regained my composure. Drank a lot of water and had a FullBar before dinner. I think the FullBar helped me to only eat a very small amount of spaghetti at dinner. But the PB & J was a total disaster.

I blame Chief Justice John Roberts, under extreme pressure he flubbed my diet.

LOL! I’ve missed that video! When the kids were younger they LOVED it and on mornings that I couldn’t get them to wake up, I’d open up that video and CRANK the volume on my computer and they’d come running and dancing! Never fail way of waking them up! Thanks for the smile this morning!

I’m REALLY glad to hear that the bars taste good, that’s a huge plus!

  4. If anyone’s curious about another take on the Fullbar, I did my own experiment last month:

They’ve since sent me something called AquaFull which I haven’t tried yet. As near as I can tell, it’s a device you can use to fill a swimming pool…?
