I don't fit the readership profile (middle aged guy), but I'm glad I did. My mom has been a Weight Watcher lecturer for almost 40 years. Even so, she doesn't always toe the line. She's a no-nonsense, smart woman and is interested in all sides of the issue. I will definitely recommend that she take a look at your site.
