It all tastes like MORE!!
Lots of water helps to wash down that bite and it seems I feel like I am full. 

On group situations, I try to supply the snacks like veggies and dip and fruit etc. because really even if your friends are skinny, they do not need to eat fat and carbs either. :)</description>

For instance, I work at Panera Bread, and it&#039;s almost impossible to resist the really yummy stuff!  So I go ahead and give in, but I don&#039;t eat the entire thing.  We just got back the Orange Cranberry Muffins, which, in my opinion, are to die for!  I buy one muffin, cut it into quarters, and when I want some, I only eat one of the quarters.  Granted, they don&#039;t stay fresh for a very long time, but I&#039;ve found that if I take each quarter and put it into a ziploc type bag, I can actually freeze them, which does help them stay fresh longer!
I can&#039;t completely resist, I spent so many years &quot;indulging&quot; myself, eating what I wanted, when I wanted it.  So I&#039;ve found that if I just indulge in very small amounts, I still get what I want, without adding all the calories!</description>
