I tried Jenny Craig once. It lasted all of two weeks. The good thing is it gets you on a food routine and it's easy. The bad thing for me was sometimes I wasn't in the mood to eat what was planned, and I don't like peppers, which seem to be in a lot of the entrees.
I switched to weight watchers, where I'm still on a food routine, but since I decide on the food each day, instead of once a week, I feel like I have more flexibility. That's working better for me.
I do like the single and living in Manhattan idea. Now that would be fun!

I have considered Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers in the past. Had a bunch of friends who have participated in both, but I lost most of my own weight by doing it on my own. The bad part is, for some odd reason, to me it was easier losing the 175 pounds than it is trying to maintain it. It's usually able to stay controlled around 160 (my maintaining goal is 145-150), but by the time the weekend comes around and Monday morning arrives, I wake-up from my zombie weekend binge and have gained 10-15 pounds of water. Aye... I just found your blog site this morning and found it very helpful. Bless you!
