		<description>Exercise goals: I want to exercise 5 days/ week. I have recently found a few Leslie Sansone videos that I like and I want to find time daily for the 45 minute walk because I feel great! I am trying to incorporate more walking into my daily routine ~ I started wearing a pedometer to make sure I hot 10000 steps daily!

		<description>I need to up my workouts. My goal is to be more consistent and use my Edge Breeze Glider a few nights a week for 30 to 45 minutes and strength train at least twice a week. I want to be strong again, so I need to do more yoga/pilates. The poses are not as easy as they look!</description>
