This weekend in the next town over is the “BayFest” http://www.somerspointbayfest.org/ So my exercise this weekend will be walking and dodging all the drunks on BAy Avenue and walking up and down this long stretch finding old friends. My legs and my eyes should get a work out! Plus avoiding drinking with old friends has to be extra caloried burned! haha

I need a jump start – WW might be just the kick in the seat of the pants that I need. I can give you my sad sob story…husband out of work for almost 1 1/2 years; I just had surgery on Monday and have to eat when I take Vicodin; lost 100 lbs once and just want to feel like a loser again.
Okay, I am going to start walking and working towards weight loss (again!). I’ve been talking about it for a long time and need to start NOW. I will start walking beginning tomorrow morning, then work out more by cleaning my house. I will also pledge to start doing my Pilates DVD at least twice a week from here on out! Maybe I will start that tonight! I would love to have a free month of Weightwatchers! Maybe that is just the inspiration I need to really get going and stick with it this time!
I started weight watchers last September and lost about
30 pounds – yay for me, only about 90 more to go
I’m trying to stay positive, anyway I have been unable
to stay with them for financial reasons so I’m currently going solo – I’ve recently started walking with my
daughter and also try to get on the softball field with
her and move around a bit – so that’s my plan for this
weekend, and the weather supposed to be beautiful, so
NO EXCUSES!
This weekend I am working — and will walk to enjoy a beautiful weekend. I’m sure there will be some rock band jamming too (That burns calories too, right!)
This weekend we’ll be running from event to event including a lovely outdoor fire truck festival
I am going running tonight, going to plyothai on saturday and working out @ the gym on sunday. I’m sure I’ll do some yard work and clean out my car too which will get me moving too!
Walking six miles on Sunday at the March of Dimes walk in rememberance of Maddie Sphor. Will probably also be very active with my son–tag, etc., it’s supposed to be beautiful!
i have been terrible in the food department. well, o.k., the exercise department, too. lol anytime i get sick or go on vacation, i come back slacking way more than usual. i plan to do 30 day shred w jillian michaels, wii fit, my fitness coach, and i just bought a new belly dancing dvd. i have to change up my workout so i’m not bored.
This weekends I am heading outdoors to get moving! The weather forecast is supposedly fantastic and I am excited for it to be warmer so I can exercise outside. I plan on going for a nice bike ride in the park!!!
This Sunday we are having church service at a beautiful park. I plan to walk the trails and chase my toddler around the softball field!
I was in WW before I got pregnant with my son. I had lost 60 lbs! I seemed to find them all during my pregnancy too. So, here I am 1 year after his birth (he was 10 lbs 14 oz) and I still can’t get motivated! This weekend (and I mean RIGHT NOW)I am pulling out my old journals and starting to write down what I am eating and keeping track again. I know it is the system that works for me I just need to DO IT!
I am going to start walking in the evenings, the weather is getting so nice outside and I love being out when the sun sets.
