According to my pedometer, Eddie Fisher, I walked 11,000 steps yesterday. This is slightly under the goal of 12,000 steps a day. But to my amazement, while participating in the Walk-It Challenge through Weight Watchers I think I’ve actually increased my n0n-exercise walking, significantly, a lot, tons. That’s amazing right, that I’m more active on n0n-walking days? I’d venture to say I think that is the whole goal, to have a more moving around type lifestyle. I didn’t really believe that walking a mile, two, running 5, would translate into more energy for everything! And it has.

This more active because I’m active thingy has been a revelation to me.
