We’re doing some home renovations here and it’s like a blast furnace for weight loss!

Here are the Top ? Reasons Renovation Amps Up Your Diet!
1. Carrying a toilet is harder than deadlifting.
2. Construction dust dulls your olfactory senses. (Love the smell of drywall in the morning!)
3. Walking up and down the basement stairs to store EVERYTHING in your kitchen drawers burns more calories than not doing that.
4. Anxiety can be a great boost to any diet program. Having your nervous system churn overĀ a decision about brick or regular tile grid is like self created Hoodia!
5. What do you MEAN the tile isn’t in the warehouse? My installer is here!!! (That will get you sweating baby.)
6. See that pantry of with cookies inside? You can’t get there from here. Instant calorie reduction!
7. Lift that chair/couch/old carpet/refrigerator! Repeat.
8. No one is going to eat near these painted cabinets again. EVER. They are for show.

    this totally made me LAUGH.

    when we ripped up our carpet and put down tile I didnt hit the gym for a month—got enough of a workout at home too.
