See, the third hand jutting out of my chin? Let’s call it my “cake hand.” Kind of like a dog’s dew claw. It REALLY comes in handy at family gatherings.

Here’s me before the 12 lb weight loss. In other words, LAST summer. You know, I don’t look half bad (except for the cake hand…luckily that dropped off before I finished Atkins induction…seriously, Dr. Atkins wrote a chapter on it. It’s called “Ketosis or Why Did My Hand Just Fall Off?”
