I think back to when we took the kids to the first Harry Potter Movie. On the way home we immediately stopped and bought the first book. That purchase lead to us owning all of the Harry Potter books, except the latest one. I should have known when they turned down buying the newest book that our days of Harry Potter "bonding" were over, but I held onto my hope. I will go see the newest movie, but I know that it won't be with my oldest child joining us. It's sad to think how my own children have grown, just like Harry and the gang. But I also know that we have plenty of other things that we bond together over.
