When my son started pre-K We pulled up to the parking lot. A long long way from the school since every other mother was there dropping her babies off. My son unbuckled his seat belt and then pronounced. Ok mommmy see you later I go to school now. I was like “wait, I get to walk you in since we have never even been to this school before except to walk in to register him.

Awwww.. kudos for choosing the right “comfort” food for the stresses of Big K day! It’s tuff to watch them grow up, yet there is a small sense of accomplishment that comes with these steps!

Keep making that muffin top smaller!

She’s wittle and teeny and still sleeps with the same blankie I wrapped her in when I brought her home from the hospital. My daughter (a sophomore in high school) still keeps her baby blanket in her bed. I suppose there's a little kid left in all of us. A little kid who wants to eat ice cream all day too.
