How The Bonnie Hunt Show Helps You Lose Weight
Bonnie Hunt welcomed fans to the second season of her nationally syndicated talk show by sharing her efforts to lose a few pounds. First of all I don’t think she should lose a pound – she looks great. But her weight loss journey could help you with yours!
Top Three Reasons The Bonnie Hunt Show Helps You Lose Weight
1. She’s funny and that makes you laugh and that will help you if you’re feeling down. Remember when you get the blues you’re apt to munch on comfort food. Put down the chocolate bar have a Bonnie break.
2. She’s embodies the fact that confidence and warmth make people glow no matter their size. I have no idea what weight she is. I only know I like her. That can work for everyone.
3. She wants to lose weight for her. While we may think she looks perfect the way she is – she wants to lose a few pounds for her. Your commitment to health is not about fitting into other people’s ideas it is about deciding what will make you feel better. Bonnie wants to lose a few pounds to feel a little better. I want to lose a few because I believe it’s all that’s standing between me and being smoking hot – and I’m holding on to that.
4. She’s reaching out to friends for support. Bonnie is sharing her mission to get fit with us so we can support her and to inspire others. Diet support is key. A diet buddy can help you stick with it and it’s much more fun to walk with a friend! And if your friends and family dont’ support you – give them this.
Bonus Reason Bonnie Helps Me Lose Weight – One time at Disney World she was staying at the same hotel as I

was and I got mistaken for her. I love that. In my mind I’m her undiscovered Vickie Lawrence. You be the judge and watch her show so it stays on a good long time.

(**Disclaimer – we are not being paid by Bonnie Hunt or Helen Hunt or Hunter Tylo or anyone for this blog post but we’d be willing to take cash at any juncture.**)

I think Bonnie looks great too. She’s the best thing on tv these days. If you can’t laugh with Bonnie you can’t laugh with anyone. She’s tremendously funny and smart. I love her quick wit. Keep watching, keep laughing and if we lose a few pounds along the way, even better.
Hmmm… I do see the resemblance! You can totally be her stand-in! ;o)
*sigh* another show recommended by my friends that I cannot watch. Damn this ocean!!!
