Don’t Be Scared
We’re all going to have a good weekend right? We’re going to handle Halloween by committing to these three things:
1. We’re going to walk at least 30 minutes EVERY DAY this weekend. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, that’s right just walk. Do more if you want but walking will make you feel under control.
2. We’re going to get rid of ALL the candy on Halloween night. Do NOT save it in the house. Make the last kid who comes to the door your favorite or give it to the skinny girl in the office but DO NOT let it linger all week.
3. We’re going to face our fears. We’re going to weight ourselves, we’re going to log stuff, we’re going to HANDLE THIS.
4. We’re going to laugh it off all weekend long. How do you do that? Well first here’s my suggestions for last minute halloween costumes, including How to be a Cougar OR David Letterman…. if that doesn’t do the trick try our little cartoon slide show:
