		<description>LOVE IT! I constantly try to explain this to people who want the &quot;secret&quot; to my 100+ pound weight loss. I&#039;m NOT on a DIET. I eat and live like I plan on doing for the rest of my life. There is no &quot;taking a break&quot; from these lifestyle changes. I don&#039;t get weekends &quot;free&quot;. This is life and I now eat to live. Fuel your body correctly and it can do amazing things.</description>

		<description>Being on a diet is at odds with the way we go about our daily lives. We make an environment for ourselves that encourages us to eat well and focus on our calorie intake. 

When we reach our weight loss goal, we simply go back to what we did before. Before you know it, we&#039;re on a diet again.

Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is a sign of insanity!

* I&#039;m not sure I remembered it right, but this was in an excellent weight loss book from the mediterranean diet .tv channel.</description>

		<description>Excellent advice!  I always tell my clients to picture themselves at their goal, and to start acting like they&#039;re already there.  And to talk to themselves positively:  instead of saying, &quot;gee, I look fat today&quot; instead say &quot;wow, I&#039;m looking pretty darn good in these jeans!&quot;  May seem corny, but trust me, it works.

Also, love what you said about asking &quot;could being at goal be your lifestyle?&quot;  One needs to realize that what they are doing now to lose weight needs to be permanent and something they can live with every day.  Of course, in the beginning stages oftentimes we do a bit more -- but can you REALLY exercise for 2 hours a day and never eat cake again?  I don&#039;t think so.

And if you DID do it, is it worth it?  Only YOU can answer that.
