Yo Yo Yo Crunch Giveaway
Back in the day when we were young college age dieters we loved that little Salt n’ Peppa gem – Push It.
o, yo, yo, yo, baby-pop
Yeah, you come here, gimme a kiss
In the music biz – that up there is called a sample. (wikiwikiwiki) We just got a free sample from Breyer’s of the YoCrunch 100 Calorie Sugar Free Yogurt. In the blogging biz sample means what it means every where else.
Anyhoo.. we enjoyed our little YoCrunch with the chocolate crunchy bits on top! The newest of the new things about this yogurt is it’s the first light yogurt to use Truvia as it’s sweetener. You know we’ve enjoyed Truvia in the past and were excited to try the YoCrunch. We liked it alot. Only 100 calories the aforementioned chocolatey bits AND no sugar, what’s not to love?
Sidenote: The chocolately bits really did make us feel like we were naturally skinny types that don’t have to worry about what they eat and can just eat chocolately bits with no ramifications. Anyhoo.. YoCrunch retails for about $2.99 for a 4 Pack. Read more about YoCrunch here. Including info on more flavas.
Oh yeah – we’ve got TEN free coupons. If you’d like to sample YoCrunch (wikiwikiwiki) just leave a comment. Here’s what we’d like to know. What song did you boogie to back in the day? This dance ain’t for everyone.. just the sexy people. That said we think you are all sexy so dance commenters DANCE!
We’ll announce winners next week Thursday in this space. (wikiwikiwiki)

College days for me was the first days/years of MTV!!! As for what I boogied to, I was a New Wave child of the 80’s – “Rock Lobster” by The B52s, “Turning Japanese” by The Vapors, and lots of Boy George & Culture Clube and early Madonna:-) (and yes, I had the look:-)

It was the summer of 69 with the convertible top down. Loved to drive around witht he music up loud with friends.
From elementary school, through high school and on the drive in to work today…..one of my “grooves of choice” is THAT’S THE WAY…UH-HUH, UH-HUH….I LIKE IT by KC and the Sunshine Band!!! You just can’t beat a killer disco track!!!!
Gosh, I danced to most anything: “Pride (in the Name of Love)”, “Would I Lie To You?”, “Don’t You Want Me Baby?” , “Poison Arrow”, “Reflex”, ” Just What I Needed” and the list could go on! xoxox
Little bits of chocolate YUM! I was a rebel and loved Material Girl and Girls Just Wanna Have Fun. lol Memories! I won’t even get in to Like A Virgin
My sister and I used to jump on the bed dancing while listening to “Wake me up (Before You Go-Go)” — I think I need to add that song to my ipod. Probably be good for running.
And…..does this hair make me look fat? It’s diet time….I usually lose 3-5 lbs. with each cut!!!
I just tried YoCrunch for the first time, recently. Good stuff!!
Favorite Boogie song from ‘the day’: so many good choices but I’ll go with “Loveshack” by B52″s “… sign says, Stay away Fool!, ‘cuz only love rules, at the lo-ov-ov-ove shack!..”
Egyptian Lover. I can still hear the beat and see the light show that went along with it at the Club!
I’ve never really tried this before..would love to. The name is funny though.
BABY GOT BACK! I may have been young, but I still bounced around to this!
…..”I’m gonna put on my-my-my-my-my Boogie Shoes…just to boogie with you!”
Being from Texas…two steppin’ all the way with jitter buggin’ and swinging.
Senior year of high school? Bust A Move by Young MC!
My favorite part–You got no money, you got no car, then you got no woman and there you are!
Sheer poetry.
