Who are you trying to kid? This is awesome!

Unfortunately I've got all 3 working against me. Although I'm working on the B (pregnancy/birth of kid #2 meant B got a pass for awhile. I know, not smart, but it happened. Now I must deal with it.). A and G can go take a flying leap. (And oh how I wish they would!) Seems 26 was my year. Staying a size 10 became sooo dang hard after that. And there are no skinny-minis in my family. In fact the vast majority are over 200 lbs. So keeping my weight around 150 feels like a win, even if it's not where I'd really like to be.

I dunno. I think it's pretty clever. I think A and G are two things a lot of people don't consider when trying to lose weight, especially people who have a significant amount of weight to lose. We see all the "flat abs" ads and articles, and that becomes our goal. Then, when A and/or G prevent it from happening, we're discouraged and (sometimes) give up. Or maybe that's just me. I lost 100 pounds just before turning 50 and still have yet to see an ab. The strength and power I feel in controlling the "B" part of the acronym is enough to compensate. More than enough.
