Saw you over at FatFighter. As a 52 year old, I can definitely say as we age, hormones change & we do have to eat differently & exercise more or more intensely. Now when that hits depends on the person. For me, it started in my late 40′s but I know some women start perimenopause earlier. I blood test for your hormones will let you know what is happening. The important thing is to not let it be an excuse. I work out way harder & eat really clean & have even had to cut back calories as I went thru this change. Saying that, I still eat more calories than women my age because I do work out so hard.

Try to lose weight at 75 & just see how the weight sticks like glue!!!
