1. Hang by your ankles/knees. This will require a trip to the monkey bars at the play ground and a barf bag but no gym membership or other special equipment.
2. Sit on the floor and have two people grab your calves and pull. Do four sets of twelve three times a week.
3. Three words. Still. Let. Ohs.
4. Choose taller parents.
5. Stilts. This will require special equipment and a lesson with circus people.
