This Week’s Short Attention Span DietNeoprene Shorts from Valeo 

This week Rebecca is testing workout gear. These Neoprene Shorts (sweaty shorts) are supposed to keep your  muscles warm and limber, make workouts more effective, and here’s the money shot -they claim to BURN ADDITIONAL CALORIES. Now we all know that you can’t spot reduce if that were possible she’d be wearing  Neoprene sleeves for the upper arms  BUT no one makes those SO we’re hoping that we’ll sweat more during this week’s workout. AND maybe we’ll notice a tiny bit of weight loss by the end of the week.
  
Metrics: Monday Morning Rebecca Weighed 1?8 lbs.  (She’s not comfortable revealing her weight and won’t until she’s smoking hot. She will report gains and losses.)
