52 Mondays – Week 5 – You Are Your Own Gym
This week I (state your name) am going to Work Out Less, Eat More using the book You Are Your Own Gym: The Bible of Bodyweight Exercises for Men and Women
by Mark Lauren and Joshua Clark. Lauren used to train elite U.S. Special Operations men and woman. And now he’s going to train me via his new book.
Metrics - I haven’t been doing too much exercise but CAN do level 1 and 2 of Jillian Michaels, I can also run a mile and walk until my feet bleed. HOWEVER I cannot claim to be as fit as someone in special forces so I’ve got some work to do. I am edging to my higher weight but am not my highest. (sigh)
