52 Mondays – Week 6 – Water

It’s all about the water. This week really going to drink the water. Some diets say drink 64 ounces – or eight glasses of eight ounces. Some say drink an entire glass BEFORE your meals. D. Is reasonable for a functioning adult to drink that much water
