Thanks for sharing good tips here as I am tried to control my obesity problem and I think these tips will help me to make good diet plan.
This list is right on. I also think that the most important one on the list for me is PLAN. If I have my weekly meals planned out then it is a whole lot easy to stick to the diet schedule. But if no meals are planned than I find that I eat out more and that’s when I get my diet off track.
Amen sister! Plan so you don’t binge – that’s my mantra.
